I thought I’d share this cute girlie card to greet mum and dad to be a big Congratulations on their little bundle of joy. I drew a bear on the reverse of this card and used a cutter knife to do the cut-out. I glued a purple bow, finished with a tightly quilled red coil.

The flowers in this composition are not really an accurate representation of tulips. The foliage is wrong for a start (they are not long and spindly enough). I just wanted to create tulip-shaped flowers. Nature as inspiration can be easily stylized. I think this is an example.
