My friends and I went to Lady Gaga’s concert in London last month. We thought we’d dress up for the occasion in the spirit of Gaga herself, as homage to her freedom of dress and creative expression. I came up with the styling and made the cossies. The turquoise and peach crochet-knitted dresses were a reprise from my ‘Permutation’ collection. The Gaga-train was gaffer tape, a hasty construction which worked quite well, I thought. It was such a  wonderful day. I wish every day was like this.
Gaga Cossies

I am a self-taught designer-maker based in the U.K. I am interested in the inherent beauty of textiles and paper. I describe myself as a peripatetic maker of things, given my number of skills in crafts. Having used paper and textiles longest, these tend to feature on my works quite heavily.
