These are the sons of a friend of mine and they had a shared birthday party yesterday. I thought I’d have a go at drawing them for the occasion. I don’t think it’s a bad effort but I do think I need tons of improvement still! I think I caught the likeness of my godson. This was when he was 1 year and several months old. When I saw him yesterday he was already walking and running and babbling! Amazing how quickly he has grown! His older brother looks very proud of his younger brother. I don’t think I caught his likeness enough though. Maybe try again in the future… I haven’t drawn anything ‘properly’ for a long time. Having done this yesterday made me want to go back to drawing as a regular activity as I think I am getting a little bit rusty.
