This is a little experiment called ‘The Ice Melts’ which is an off-shoot of the Chlorophyll_Ice collection. The idea behind this particular dress was to make it feel like ice is melting and showing a layer of verdant green emerging. At the back, there is a hole showing the skin. The collection came about from experiencing snow during a lush spring morning when everything has already sprung and first blooms have already beagn to appear. As the day progressed, the plants all became blanketed in a sheet of ice. The light was so clear, that a beautiful contrast of the green and white became an inspiration.
